The 3rd International Primary Health Care Reform Conference will again bring together primary care organisations, policy makers, consumers, researchers and clinicians from Australia, New Zealand, Europe, the Asia Pacific and North America, to continue the reform platform for primary care globally, and to further develop our international network for future growth.
The conference will once again held at the Stamford Plaza, Brisbane. The Brisbane region is amongst the world's most desirable destinations, with a beautiful climate offering visitors a range of experiences. Brisbane city offers a modern and diverse subtropical capital city experience, complemented by the splendid array of hinterland, country and bay experiences available within just one hour's drive of the metropolitan area. The city is uniquely positioned as the hub of South East Queensland, which encompasses two world-class coastal destinations, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast, as well as spectacular rainforest, mountain and wilderness experiences.
In a dynamic health environment, our key primary care themes this time will focus on primary care in transition, primary/secondary health integration, quality and capacity development, e-health, measurement, end-users as partners, change management, innovation, incentives and improving the health care value proposition.
I look forward to seeing you again in Brisbane in 2016.
